IR reflective sensor – obstacle detector, on LM393

Obstacle detector, reflection sensor – the module lights up a green LED when an obstacle is detected in the detection field. Just right for use in Arduino, Raspberry, custom projects, etc.

The sensor detects obstacles from 2 to 40cm – from 0.5cm to 20cm (depending on the batch). The sensor has a digital signal output, so when there is no obstacle the state on the pin is high 5V, and when the obstacle appears the state is low, so 0V.

The module has a potentiometer mounted, with which you set the distance below which the module is to give a high signal.

The sensor operates on a 3.3V to 5V power supply.
