A magnesium cauldron is a very simple emergency kindling with which you can easily start a fire. An emergency fire starter is an essential accessory for every hiker, fisherman, survivalist. Magnesium cauldron is water resistant so fire can be lit anytime, anywhere.

The kindling comes with a cord and a steel plate with two rubbing edges: straight and serrated. Wanting to start a fire, you just need to scrape some magnesium with the serrated part of the plate, and then rub the flint vigorously, so that sparks fly on the scraped crumbs.
